1 in 10 people in Scotland will be coping with chest, heart or stroke illness this Christmas. They may be battling it themselves, caring for a family member or even coming to terms with the loss of a loved one. Mums, dads, brothers, sisters, friends or colleagues – we’re sure you know someone who’s affected.
Since 1991, Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland has reached out to thousands of people in Scotland living with these debilitating conditions all year round.
Our advice, care and support in the community can be a lifeline to those who are left anxious, frightened or isolated after a stroke, heart failure or a diagnosis of lung disease. But our services can only continue with the help of our wonderful supporters who - even in these difficult times - never let us down.
